So it's time for Fitness Fridays Challenge 03 the first of 2012! It's a 24 hr competition to see who can log the most number of reps. You can log them at any time during that day in as many different sessions as you want. The only number that counts is the grand total at the end of the day. This week's exercise is Opposite Arm-Leg Plank
