In celebration of our millionth activity this week, we're setting our sights high with Squat Jumps for this week's Fitness Fridays Challenge 05!As always it's a 24 hr competition to see who can log the most number of reps. You can log them at any time during that day in as many different sessions as you want. The only number that counts is the grand total at the end of the day.
