Most Fitness Fridays have focused on a single exercise: to see who could do the most number of reps. We know that things like burpees, push-ups, and crunches are popular challenges on Fleetly. Just look at how crazy the leaderboards and chat on the 36,500 Push-ups in 2012. But I think it's time to mix it up.
While it's always fun to run single exercise challenges from time to time, Fleetly should be about "total" fitness. I've also received feedback from some people worried about injury from doing too many reps of one exercise.
So this week the challenge is to get points for either Apple A Day A or Apple A Day B. They're both presented as intense 10-minute fat burning workouts, but you can double or triple the time by repeating the circuit. Here's the challenge, enjoy! Fitness Fridays 08
I think we're onto something there and I'll run some more full-workout FF challenges for a while. As always, very happy to receive suggestions in the comments below.
