This week's Fitness Friday is Sidney Wilson's Sid Pack Abs Challenge which he uses to develop and test his muscular endurance and strength.
For each exercise, perform 1 to 10 reps. So for example, you do 1 crunch, then 2 crunches, then 3 ... 10 crunches. That's a total of 55 crunches. You then move onto the next exercise. Just remember for bicycle crunches and vicious twists you need to log 110 reps (55 for each side).
As Sidney says, this is a Vicious challenge, with a total of 495 reps! See how far you can get, and let us know what you think of this challenge and others you might like to see.
