Steel Cage More than just a Six Pack
Awarded at 10k, 25k, 50k and 100k points.
Good core strength is far more than just six-pack abs. Core stability means that the trunk of your body is strong & able to support the rest of your muscles as you move. It's all the muscles between your diaphragm and your pelvis. When your core is not stable because the muscles are weak, you may lose your balance more easily. And you may hurt yourself more easily when you make sudden movements or movements you're not used to.

Wear Out Your Shoes This is the 2013 version of "Foot Traffic Only". Distance is your only goal: 1200 miles for 2013. Whether you're walking or running, just log those miles. The treadmill counts too!

Minnesota Mile I started Fleetly with almost no fitness goal whatsoever. After finishing a little over 1000 cycling miles in such a short biking season I found it only befitting to come up with a challenge as big as the state in which I live, Minnesota. June Flight Challenge - AZ Tower I really enjoyed last year Flight of Stairs challenges. And I miss them. So this is my challenge inspired by them.
First will be the biggest building in my country - AZ Tower from Brno, Czech Republic. It has been finished just a few weeks ago. It’s 111m high and has 30 levels. I don’t know the exact number of stairs, but one stair should be 180 - 195 mm. So it’s aprox. 617 stairs.
So the first challenge will be for 21 Flight of stairs. (Don’t be upset – we will go higher.)

Living Well 2013 • Competition consists of tracking exercise and healthy eating. Each person gets 1 point for a workout and 1 point for a healthy meal
o Exercise can be anything: gym based, home based, walking the park, running, riding the bike or taking the stairs 10 times at the office. The honor system is applied that at least 15 minutes of real exercise is done with the person pushing themselves to improve.
o Healthy Eating can be anything; restaurant, home, organic or not. The honor system is applied that the person chose a healthy meal (quality and quantity) over something that is not. Healthy meals do not come in a box nor drive thru!
o We are not tracking people’s weight, strength, etc. Just a simple system that rewards exercise of any kind and healthy eating of any kind

Run 2,000 miles in 2013 The challenge is to run 2,000 miles in 2013. This is around 40 miles a week so achievable for a lot of runners.
I've not set up a challenge before so hoping this works etc.
