DESCRIPTIONLearn to do a pull-up, or add on a few more reps. We've teamed up with Greatist to bring you this 3-week plan to strengthen the back, chest, shoulders, arms, and core. By the end of it you should be able to do 5 pull-ups even if you've never done one before!
Log 9 eligible workouts (three a week for 3 weeks) then then post your before and after numbers in the comments.
