This week's Fitness Fridays is Sidney's Sid Pack Abs Challenge which will test your ab muscles endurance and strength. Watch Sidney's video demo on our blog for instructions.
You need to do a total of 495 reps people! (55 per exercise, 110 for bicycle crunches and vicious twists as they are single side exercises).
