Learn the one arm push-up

DESCRIPTION
The one arm push-up builds, and demonstrates, true strength. Learn to do it with this progression. Start at the first exercise and practice it until you can bang out 30 with perfect form then move onto the next exercise. Once you can complete 12 reps of the one-arm from knees, it's time to try 5 reps of the full one-arm.
SEQUENCE: modified (30), bench (30), regular (30), close (30), alternate (30), self assisted (30), one arm from knees (12), one arm (5). Leaderboard shows how many of the 8 segments you've completed.
