DESCRIPTION
Members of the Where Are My Knees? blog are challenging each other to complete the full 30 day of the 30 Day Shred workout DVD by Jillian Michaels.
There are 3 levels within the DVD and the aim is to complete each level for 10 days. If you don't feel ready to move on to the next level then don't worry - as long as you complete 30 days of consecutive exercise you can still complete the challenge and see great results!
