Fitness Fridays 10: treadmill
DESCRIPTIONSo you indulged a bit this week, that's OK. Time to burn it off with the following cardio circuit. Do 5 minutes on each exercise and do as many circuits as you can. Mixing it up alleviates boredom and lets you ramp up the intensity on each segment. You need to get at least 5 points from each exercise to achieve this challenge, but don't stop there!
