DESCRIPTIONThe bad thing about an apocalypse is that you never know when or how it is going to happen. Even though the world will probably not experience an apocalyptic event during our lifetime, it is still fun, and a good idea, to be prepared. this challenge is designed to help prepare survivors of an apocalyptic event to keep on surviving in the wasteland. There are three areas to focus on when it comes to preparing your body for the apocalypse; Strength, Self Defense, and Cardio. Complete 20 workouts, and you may just have what it takes to survive in the wasteland.
