Here are your rules:
The assigned workouts for each week will be listed on the Facebook Group (roughly in order from Fresh Meat to Veteran)
Rack up points by doing the workouts your points will only be counted if they are logged through the workouts listed below. (There are lots of cardio options for the open-ended workouts, but if one you want is missing, just leave a comment)
Even if you have the Roller Derby Workout Video, log Roller Derby Workout. This is the alternative that they have provided, so were calling it equal (in part out of respect for their hard work in creating the video, in part because not all the exercises are on Fleetly).
Push yourself, but some exercise is better than throwing in the towel: partial credit counts!
You can log retroactively if you need to.
Most points at the end date wins!
