
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your side on the floor with both legs fully extended.
Exhale as you lift your top leg as hgh as you can, then inhale as you lower your leg back down, stopping just before your leg touches back down.
Repeat all reps then switch sides. To increase difficulty, lay a body bar down so one end is resting on the outside of your top foot, and you hold the other end against the floor next to you.
