
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your side on the floor with your bottom leg extended and your top knee bent with your foot flat on the floor behind your bottom knee.
Exhale as you lift your bottom leg as high as you can, then inhale as you lower your leg, stopping just before it touches the ground. Repeat all reps then switch sides.
To increase difficulty, lay a body bar down so one end is resting on the inside of your bottom foot, and you hold the other end against the floor next to you.
