DESCRIPTIONGet into pushup position, with your body straight, toes on the floor, and hands on the floor slightly wider than shoulder width apart with arms fully extended. Keeping you shoulders square to the floor, and your left arm extended, rest your right hand on a medicine ball.
Inhale as you lower your body towards the ground by bending at the elbows. Exhale as you push your body back up, then roll the medicine ball over to the left hand, so your right hand is now on the floor and left hand on the ball.
Keep alternating sides to complete all reps.
