
DESCRIPTION
The Arc Trainer is a cross trainer developed to be gentler on your joints and to burn 16% more calories than an elliptical.
Similarly to an elliptical, place one foot on each foot platform and pedal with your legs. Try to remain as still in your upper body as possible, maintaining good posture.
For added difficulty, increase the incline and resistance settings. The incline has a range from 0-10 and in Manual mode will default start at 3. The resistance has a range from 0-99 and in Manual mode will default start at 15.
The machine measures distance in miles, calories burned, calories/hr at current rate, watts, strides/min, and heart rate. It includes multiple programs targeting weight loss, cardio, and strength.
