
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back with your knees bent at 90 degrees so your lower legs are parallel to the floor, and fingertips behind your ears with elbows pointed out.
Straighten your right leg so your foot is a few inches off the ground as your simultaneously lift your shoulders off the floor rotating your trunk to the left until you can touch your right elbow to your left knee.
Each crunch counts as one rep.
