
DESCRIPTION
The art of punching someone. Or, if you're like me and don't like to get punched back, punching bags make for a much more forgiving target.
Boxing, which is normally an anaerobic activity since it usually involves several brief and intense rounds with short rests between, is a great way to burn calories and work up a sweat. To make the most of your workout, be sure to move your feet around as you punch, and remember to protect your face!
