
DESCRIPTION
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with them down by your sides, and standing a few feet from a bench, with your back facing it. Reach your right leg back and place your right toes on the edge of the bench, and stand straight with shoulder back, chest and head up, and abs tight.
Inhale as you lower your right knee straight down to the floor until it is an inch or 2 from the ground, keeping your left knee above your left ankle. Exhale as you press through your left heel to lift your body back up.
Repeat all reps then switch sides.
