DESCRIPTIONPosition a cable pulley so that the cable is at the bottom of the machine, and a cable bar is attached. Stand a couple of feet away from the pulley with your back facing it, and step one foot forward.
Hold the cable bar straight above your head with palms facing forward, and keep your abs tight to prevent your back from arching during any portion of the exercise. Inhale as you bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head (you may have to bend your head forward slightly to avoid hitting it).
Exhale and straighten your elbows, without fully locking them, to bring the cable bar back up above your head.
