
DESCRIPTION
With a dumbbell in each hand, lie on your back on a bench with your legs on either side of the bench, and feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms straight above your chest, keeping a slight bend in the elbows, palms facing each other, and dumbbells touching.
Keeping this slight bend in the elbows, inhale as you lower the dumbbells out to the sides until your hands are level with your shoulders (no further).
Exhale as you bring the dumbbells back up over your chest to starting position.
