
DESCRIPTION
Lie face down on the floor with hands directly under your chest and toes on the ground.
Exhale as you push yourself up by straightening your arms. Inhale as your lower yourself back towards the ground (stop before you are actually lying back on the ground).
Make sure your body stays straight throughout the movement. This means don't let your butt stick up or hang down at all.
