
DESCRIPTION
Start with your feet on the ground, your legs straight, your butt in the air and your hands on the ground three or four feet in front of your toes, with your arms locked out and in line with your back.
Swoop your chest to the ground in and arc so that your chest almost touches the floor (at this stage you are in the bottom part of a regular push-up position) then push your head and shoulders off the ground as high as possible while keeping your hips a couple of inches off the ground, with your back arched, looking straight ahead.
Then reverse the position, almost brushing your chest to the ground (again at the bottom of a regular push-up) then pushing your body up with your shoulders and triceps until you are at the starting point.
