
DESCRIPTION
With a dumbbell in each hand, lie on your back on a bench with your legs on either side of the bench, and feet flat on the floor. Start with your arms out to the side and your elbows bent at 90 degrees so your hands are pointed up towards the ceiling.
Exhale as you press the dumbbells up and together directly over your chest, and then inhale as you bring the weights back to starting position.
