
DESCRIPTION
Kneel on the floor, and step your left foot out in front of you so your left foot is flat on the floor a little ahead of your left knee.
Slowly press your hips forward until you feel a slight stretch high in your right thigh.
Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch sides.
