
DESCRIPTION
Stand straddling a bench with the back inclined, and your stomach and chest leaning against the bench. With a dumbbell in each hand, start by having your elbows at shoulder height with a 90 degree bend at the elbows and forearms parallel to the bench.
Inhale and rotate at the shoulder to bring the dumbbells down towards the ground. Exhale and rotate the shoulder back to the starting position.
