
DESCRIPTION
Get into pushup position with your hand directly under your shoulders and arms fully extended, and place your lower legs on top of a stability ball.
Keeping your upper body as still as possible and you abs tight, exhale as you pull your knees into your chest by rollng the stability ball towards you with your lower legs.
Inhale as you roll the ball away from you as you straighten your legs.
