
DESCRIPTION
Stand straight up with hands on your hips, and take a large step forward with your right foot (your left heel can come off the ground).
Keeping your weight on your right heel and head and chest up, inhale as you lower your body so your left knee goes straight down towards the ground and your right knee stays over your right ankle. When your left knee is within an inch or two of the floor, exhale as you jump and exchange legs in mid-air, landing softly.
TIPS: Keep your back knee off the ground, and ensure your front knee does not extend beyond your toes.
Maintain excellent posture and stability during movement and landing.
