
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back with arms down by your sides, knees bent, and feet flat on the floor.
Keeping your knees bent, exhale as you bring your knees in towards your chest until your hips lift off the floor.
Inhale and lower back down to starting position stopping when your feet are an inch above the floor.
