
DESCRIPTION
Stand with your side facing a low cable pulley with an ankle attachment on your furthest ankle.
Keeping a slight bend in the knees, and your hand closest to the pulley on the machine for support, exhale as you sweep your leg as far out to the side as you can, then inhale as you sweep it back towards the pulley until it is in front of your other leg.
Repeat all reps, then switch sides.
