
DESCRIPTION
Sit at a leg abductor machine so the leg pads are on your outer thighs, and the machine is set so your legs are together.
Exhale as you widen your legs as far as you can, then inhale to bring your legs back towards the starting position, stopping just before the weight stack is fully down.
