
DESCRIPTION
Sit at a leg adductor machine so the leg pads are on the insides of your thighs, and the machine is set so your legs are far enough apart to feel a slight stretch in your inner thighs.
Exhale as you squeeze your legs bringing them together, then inhale as you widen your legs back towards the starting position, stopping just before the weight stack is fully down.
