
DESCRIPTION
Sit at a leg extension machine so your knees are aligned with the machine's axis of rotation, and place the front of your lower legs against the leg pad.
Exhale as you lift your lower legs up to straighten your legs fully, then inhale as you lower your feet back down, stopping just before the weight stack is fully down.
