
DESCRIPTION
Lie on the floor on your back with your legs fully extended and together, and arms straight down by your sides.
Pull your bellybutton in towards your spine and simultaneously lift your legs and shoulders off the ground. Hold.
Heels should only be an inch or 2 off the floor, and keep your chin away from your chest. Place your hand under your butt if your back needs extra support.
