
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back on the floor with your legs straight up in the air so your feet are pointed towards the ceiling and arms are down by your sides.
Keep your bellybutton pulled in towards your spine as you exhale and lower your legs until your feet are an inch of the ground, then inhale to return to starting position.
