DESCRIPTIONLie on a bench with an E-Z curl barbell, and feet on the floor straddling the bench. Hold the barbell with your arms straight up with your palms pointed towards the ceiling. Your hands should be positioned so that when you're holding the barbell up your arms are parallel to each other.
Keeping your elbows pointed up towards the ceiling, inhale and bend your elbows to bring the barbell behind your head. You may have to move your upper arms back slightly in order for the barbell to clear your head. Exhale and straighten your arms back up so your hands point straight up again.
Be sure not to lock your elbows.
