
DESCRIPTION
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slight bend in the knees, abs tight, and holding a dumbbell in each hand above your head.
With all your weight on your heels, inhale as you squat down by bending at the knees and sticking your butt back. Keep your head up, your eyes looking forward, your knees behind your toes and your hands straight above your head.
Try to get your thighs parallel to the ground, then exhale as you press up through your heels and squeeze your butt to stand back up straight to starting position.
