DESCRIPTIONStand with your right side facing a cable machine, with your feet shoulder width apart, back straight, core tight, toes pointing forward and handles clasped in the middle of your chest.
With your hands clasped together extend your arms straight out in front of your chest. Make sure you do not rotate your trunk and keep your arms at shoulder level. Then return back to original position. Inhale as you bring the handles to your chest and exhale as you push the handles away from your chest.
