
DESCRIPTION
With one dumbbell, lie on your back on a bench with the top of your head all the way at the edge of a bench, and feet flat on the floor on either side of the bench. Hold the dumbbell with both hands staight above your chest, keeping a slight bend in the elbows, and with the dumbbell vertical so you are holding the underside of the top plate.
Keeping the slight bend in the elbows, inhale as you lower the dumbbell back behind your head until your hands are level with your head.
Exhale and return to starting position.
