
DESCRIPTION
Put a Bosu on the floor with the ball side down, flat part up. Get into pushup position with the tops of your feet on the top of a stability ball, and your hands on the edges of the Bosu, arms fully extended and body in a straight line.
Without sagging your hips or sticking your butt in the air, inhale as you lower your body down by bending your elbows, until your chest is almost touching the Bosu.
Exhale as you fully extend your arms to push yourself back up.
