
DESCRIPTION
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slight bend in the knees, abs tight, arms down at your sides, and the end of a resistance band in each hand with palms facing your sides and middle of the band held down under one of your feet.
Keeping a slight bend in the elbows, exhale as you lift your arms out to the side to bring your hands up to shoulder height.
Inhale as you lower your arms back to your sides, and don't let the dumbbells touch your sides between reps.
