
DESCRIPTION
Stand on a step with your heels on the edge and ball of your feet and toes hanging off the edge.
Keep your shoulders back, hold onto a railing for balance if necessary, and exhale as you lift your toes up as high as you can, then inhale as your lower them until your toes are below the height of the step.
