
DESCRIPTION
Rowing is a fantastic all-over workout using your legs, core, back, and arms. Furthermore, it's a great way to get your heart rate up and increase your cardiovascular endurance.
Even if you don't have access to a body of water and a boat, you can still get the benefits of rowing on a rowing ergometer (though the scenery probably won't be as nice). Just ask a qualified trainer or gym employee to explain how it works. Using incorrect form on this machine will tire you out very quickly.
