
DESCRIPTION
Lie on your back on the floor with your arms down by your sides. Lift both legs a couple inches off the ground, then lift the right leg to about 45 degrees.
Next, switch so your left leg is at 45 degrees, and your right foot is an inch above the floor. Keep switching.
