
DESCRIPTION
Sit at a seated calf raise machine with your thighs under the pads, and the balls of your feet on the platform.
Exhale as you press up through the balls of your feet lift your heels up as high as you can. Inhale as you lower your heels until you feel a slight stretch in your calves.
You can also do this exercise with a dumbbell resting on your thigh if you don't have the apparatus.
