
DESCRIPTION
Sit on the floor with your knees bent, soles of your feet together, hands on your feet, elbows on your legs, and knees out to the sides.
Slowly lean your body forward as you press your knees down towards the floor until you feel a slight stretch in the inside of your thighs.
Hold for 20-30 seconds.
