
DESCRIPTION
Stand up straight, with abs tight, shoulders back, feet hip width apart, and holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms down by your sides.
Exhale as you shrug your shoulders to lift the dumbbells up slightly. Inhale, and lower your shoulders back down.
Be sure your shoulders go straight up and down, and do not rotate at all.
