
DESCRIPTION
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, slight bend in the knees, abs tight, shoulders back, left hand on your hip, and right arm down by your side holding a dumbbell with your palm facing your side.
Keeping your abs tight, inhale as you bend to your right until you feel a stretch in your left side, then exhale as you stand straight back up.
Repeat all reps than switch sides.
