
DESCRIPTION
Balance on the floor on your butt, with knees bent but feet an inch off the ground, torso leaning back to about 45 degrees, and holding a medicine ball in front of your ribcage.
Keeping your abs tight, rotate your torso and medicine ball to the right until the medicine ball is within an inch of the floor, then rotate all the way to the left until the medicine ball is almost touching the ground on your left.
Keep alternating to complete all reps, and be sure your head rotates along with the torso.
