DESCRIPTIONStand up on your toes with abs tight, shoulders back, and hands by your sides. Inhale as you take a large step forward with your right foot. Don't let your heels come down and keep your right knee from going past your toes.
While continuing to breathe, pause at this position for a count of two seconds, then raise your arms above your head and hold for two more seconds. Then lower your arms so that they are by your sides again. Exhale as you press through your right foot to bring your left foot next to your right foot, standing up straight. Switch sides, taking a large step forward with your left foot next.
